The Flint & Genesee Group’s 40 Under 40 program recognizes emerging leaders under age 40 who are making a positive impact in their workplaces and communities while helping shape the future of our community.

Selected from a record 170-plus nominations, the Class of 2026 highlights the depth of talent and leadership rooted in Flint and Genesee County.

We are incredibly proud to have three from Team Genesee on the list. Each models our organizational values not only in the workplace, but also in numerous volunteer capacities. We are incredibly proud to have them on our team, representing the best of Genesee County.
