Genesee County Animal Care is helping local pet owners keep their dogs and cats healthy with two free vaccine clinics for Genesee County residents this fall.

The clinics will be held at Genesee County Animal Care, 4351 Pasadena Ave. in Flint, and will offer several important vaccinations for dogs and cats at no cost. Whether your pet is due for routine vaccinations or you need help getting them up to date, these clinics provide a convenient opportunity to protect your pet and the community.

The upcoming clinics are:

• Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon
• Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon
• Location: Genesee County Animal Care, 4351 Pasadena Ave., Flint, MI 48504
• Available vaccines: Rabies, DHPP, DHLPP, Bordetella and FVRCP
• Eligibility: Genesee County residents only

Residents are encouraged to bring proof of their pet’s previous vaccinations and spay/neuter status, if available. All dogs must be kept on secure, tight leashes, and cats must arrive in carriers.

Vaccinations offered during the clinics are free. Residents who need to purchase a pet license should be prepared to pay cash for licensing fees.
