On Wednesday, the City of Flint’s Downtown Development Authority (DDA) announced that it will temporarily close the Riverfront Parking Ramp at the corner of Beach and Kearsley Streets in Downtown Flint. We do not have a return-to-service date for the ramp at this time.

Residents needing access to the Genesee County Administration Building (324 S. Saginaw St.) should plan to park in the adjacent Rutherford Ramp on Kearsley Street or in the Flat Lot on Saginaw Street between First and Kearsley. Street parking is also available (both free and metered).

Free 30-minute parking is available directly in front of the Genesee County Administration Building during normal business hours.

We will keep you informed as we receive updates on the future operation of the ramp.
