Genesee County is proud to announce that we are now an official Michigan Veteran Connector, further strengthening our commitment to supporting veterans, service members, and military families throughout our organization.

Through this initiative, Genesee County will help connect employees and their families who have served in the military with valuable resources, earned benefits, and support services available at the federal, state, and local levels.

The Michigan Veteran Connector program is administered by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) and recognizes organizations that have received specialized training to better identify veterans and connect them with the resources they have earned through their military service.

Becoming a Veteran Connector gives Genesee County another important way to support those who have served our country while helping ensure veterans and their families know where to turn when they need assistance.

We are proud to join organizations across Michigan working together to make it easier for veterans and military families to access the benefits, services, and support available to them.
