Genesee County, MI — The Genesee County Department of Veterans Services is proud to sponsor Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 175 as it hosts the Moving Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall at Bluebell Beach.

Residents are invited to visit the memorial from July 30 through August 2 to reflect, remember and pay tribute to the more than 58,000 American service members who died or remain missing as a result of the Vietnam War. The wall also honors nearly 200 service members from Genesee County who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Moving Wall offers our community a meaningful opportunity to honor the courage and service of Vietnam veterans while ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten.

We encourage residents to visit Bluebell Beach during this special event and join us in remembering the men and women whose names are forever memorialized on the wall.
