Genesee County, MI — On Monday, Genesee County was proud to welcome Chief Deputy Treasurers from across the state for a day focused on professional development, networking and collaboration.

The gathering provided an opportunity for treasury professionals to share ideas, discuss best practices, and strengthen relationships with colleagues from communities throughout Michigan. It also gave Genesee County the chance to showcase its beautiful new Administration Building in downtown Flint.

Events like this highlight the important work being done by treasurer’s offices every day and the value of bringing professionals together to learn from one another.

Genesee County extends a special thank you to Chief Deputy Treasurer Carla Vandefifer for organizing the event and helping make the day a success.
