Genesee County, MI — The Genesee County Board of Commissioners is now accepting sealed bids for the sale of two county-owned properties that formerly housed district court operations.

The Board of Commissioners approved the listing of the properties following the Board’s decision last year to consolidate two district court facilities into the McCree Building in downtown Flint. The properties now listed for sale are the former district court locations in Flushing and Mt. Morris.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Genesee County Purchasing Department, located at 324 S. Saginaw Street, Suite 9A, in Flint.

Information for bidders, terms and conditions, and appraisal reports are available from the Genesee County Purchasing Department’s website.

The sale of these properties represents another step in the Board of Commissioners’ ongoing commitment to its Capital Improvement Plan to promote the long-term financial stability of Genesee County.
