In case you missed it, Genesee County’s Director of Geographic Information Systems, Ken Koleda, built a Lego model of the Downtown Flint Halo Burger that commemorates its long-awaited re-opening.

He has about 100 hours into the project, which required finding the exact blocks in the correct colors (and also some 3D printing for the signage).

Halo Burger is celebrating its grand opening on Monday, April 27. The iconic downtown restaurant, originally launched in Flint in 1923, has been closed for the last three years.
