Genesee County, MI — At Wednesday evening’s Board of Commissioners Public Works Committee Meeting, Parks & Recreation Director Patrick Linihan gave an update on the new State Park coming to Genesee County.

We could not be more excited about what will become of this incredible partnership between Genesee County, The State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources, The Mott Foundation and The City of Flint.

Genesee County is already home to the largest county parks system in Michigan, and this venture will focus even more attention on the incredible recreational opportunities that exist here.
