Mundy Miracle Commons will celebrate America’s 250th anniversary on Sunday, August 23, with a day of activities centered on inclusion, recreation, and community.

The event, “America 250: 250 Years of Bringing Everyone Together,” will highlight the ongoing effort to create opportunities for people of all abilities to fully participate in community life.

Activities include a Fun Run/Walk at 9 a.m., a Car Show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a Miracle League Game at 12:30 p.m., a short recognition ceremony at 1:45 p.m. and Car Show Awards at 2 p.m.

Mundy Miracle Commons is built around a simple idea: a space for everyone. This celebration will honor the past, celebrate the progress that has been made and look ahead to the work of continuing to open doors for future generations.
