Around 1,500 fans packed Downtown Flint’s Iconic Capitol Theatre on Thursday night to hear one of the most iconic rock bands of all time, ZZ Top!

ZZ Top formed in 1969 in Houston, Texas, and is known for their distinctive blend of blues and rock music — oh, and their beards of course.

About FIM Capitol Theatre

The FIM Capitol Theatre located at 140 East 2nd Street, is an incredible venue for live music. After its closure in 1996, the historic venue was resurrected through a massive renovation project and re-opened in 2017. The Capitol was restored to its former glory, and looks very similar today to how it would have looked when it opened in 1928.
