Genesee County, MI — The Genesee County Health Department (GCHD) is proud to partner with the University of Michigan-Flint (UM-Flint) Public Health and Health Sciences Department to host its Annual Public Health Expo on Thursday, April 9, from 10AM to 2PM at the Genesee County Administration Building in downtown Flint. The event is free and open to everyone.
The expo is part of National Public Health Week (NPHW), recognized each year during the first full week of April. For more than 150 years, public health work has helped people live longer and healthier lives.
This year’s theme for NPHW is “Ready. Set. Action!” The Public Health Expo will focus on public health in action, showing visitors first-hand what local public health agencies do every day to support a healthier Genesee County.

- Exhibits from UM-Flint Public Health and Health Sciences

- Tables from community partner agencies
