Honoring the hard work of our teammates is a tell-tale sign of a positive organizational culture. We cannot offer top-shelf programs and services to the residents of Genesee County without great people who are committed to their work every day.

So here’s to James Terry, a member of our awesome IT team!

James Terry, of our Information Technology Department, recently earned his CISO Certification! The Certified Chief Information Security Officer credential, awarded by EC-Council, is a globally recognized certification for senior cybersecurity leaders. Unlike technical certifications, it focuses on executive-level competencies such as governance, risk management, compliance, audit, program operations, and strategic planning.
Earning the certification demonstrates the ability to translate cybersecurity challenges into business terms, aligning protection, compliance, and risk reduction with organizational objectives.

Great job, James!
