Here’s one of the most important things for residents to know about the move of Genesee County Administration to its new home at 324 S. Saginaw Street in Downtown Flint: We have plenty of parking.

Parking at the new facility will be available in the Riverfront Parking Ramp (with access from Beach and Union Streets), the adjacent Rutherford Parking Ramp and the Flat Lot on Saginaw Street. Street parking is also available throughout downtown.

Residents may enter the building from the entrance off S. Saginaw Street across from the UM-Flint Pavilion or through the rear second floor entrance directly off the Riverfront Parking Garage.

The facility will be open to the public on weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. starting August 11.

Announcements related to the transition will be found here at 1836 Place or on the county website at GeneseeCountyMI.gov.
