When a customer was struggling to receive the assistance they needed by others, Niki demonstrated what we call “customer amazement” by stepping in to resolve the issue with professionalism and care. She ensured the customer’s needs were fully addressed, including a personal follow-up call to confirm everything was handled. Her actions exemplify our commitment to excellence, service, teamwork, and compassion.
