Genesee County, MI — On Thursday, our staff at Genesee County Department of Senior Services and representatives from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office teamed up to offer free paper shredding and medication disposal services for residents.
Our team braved the cold temperatures, driving rain and wind to get the job done. We had a huge turnout for the first of three such events in Genesee County in 2025. These events are funded by the Senior Services Millage — your tax dollars at work!
The next shredding and medication disposal event is scheduled for June 25 from 10 AM to 1 PM at Riverview Park in Flushing.
