Genesee County, MI — Derrick Britton, Director of Genesee County’s Department of Veterans Services (GCDVS) was honored to present an award to Tari Jones of the Mott Foundation on Wednesday, February 5, to honor the foundation for its support of Operation Green Light for Veterans in 2024.

This past year was the second time the county has been involved in Operation Green Light for Veterans. The initiative aims to raise awareness around the unique challenges faced by many veterans and the resources available at the county, state, and federal levels to assist them and their families.

Thank you Mott Foundation for your support. We appreciate you!
