Genesee County, MI — Sledding in the winter in Michigan is a magical experience that is enjoyable for the young, and young at heart. Fortunately, Genesee County is chock-full of great places to take the entire family sledding, including in the State’s largest county parks system!

Genesee County Parks has three sledding hills that are tailored to all ages and abilities, including the amazing Toboggan Hill (if you know, you know) tucked away on the Genesee and Lapeer County line.

Davison Roadside Park – 6160 Davison Rd, Burton, MI 48509

Linden County Park – 15349 Linden Rd, Linden, MI 48451

  • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹 Hours Daily, 8 a.m. – sunset

Toboggan Hill – 5178 N Washburn Rd, Davison, MI 48423

  • Hours: Thursday & Friday, 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday, 12 p.m. -10 p.m.
  • Closed Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
  • Open during school snow days or school holidays, 12 p.m. -10 p.m.

When the gate is open the park is open. No parking allowed along Washburn Road to allow for emergency vehicle access. Rangers may ticket and tow illegally parked vehicles. Sledding is not permitted outside of open hours.
