Public Notice: Specific divisions of the 67th District Court will be closed for staff meeting and employee recognition luncheon on the following dates and times:

• 67-1st Division (Flushing) – Friday, December 20, 2024 @ 2 pm
• 67-2A Division (Davison) – Friday, December 6, 2024 @ 2 pm
• 67-2B Division (Burton) -Thursday, December 19, 2024 @ 2 pm
• 67-3rd Division (Mt. Morris) – Friday, December 20, 2024 @ 2 pm
• 67-4A Division (Fenton) – Monday, December 16, 2024 @ 2 pm
• 67-4B Division (Grand Blanc) – Wednesday, December 18, 2024 @ 2 pm
• 67-5th Division (Flint) & Central – Friday, December 20, 2024 @ 2 pm

All other 67th District Court locations will be open for business for anyone wishing to file papers or make payments.

All in-custody arraignments and emergency matters (including emergency filings) will be conducted while the court’s business offices are closed to the public.

Notice of the court closure and how emergency matters and filings shall be accomplished during the closing shall be given to the public, the court’s funding unit, and other affected agencies and officials. Notice shall include a sign posted at the court.
