Commissioner Delrico J. Loyd is a fierce advocate for Genesee County and the City of Flint. He has many years of experience in executive, administrative, and legislative roles in the public and private sector.

In addition to his position on the board, he serves as Senior Operations Leader and top assistant to the president of the United Auto Workers (UAW).
